one of my most humorously non-bitter friends posted this video on her facebook page. it's called 'the sad truth about relationships', and she noted that 'i will, at all costs, avoid this generic procedure'....
i'm curious: will married people find it 1/10 as amusing as she and i did?? post a comment and let me know... and for the record, i don't really think all married people are like this.
i know people who have the house and the kids and the yard and the whole 9 and are truly truly happy. am i not married because i don't have a strong inclination towards that christmas card photo? hmmm.... cynical? moi?

Why don't you just come out and say it is us? Although I bet she would look better in jeans then me. Is this a problem to compare your shape to a stick person drawing? Stan started watching over my shoulder and laughing. Married people definitely find it amusing.

There's truth there, to be sure. It's been called the unexamined life.
But having an examined life takes mental and emotional energy, and sometimes it's just easier to pour myself a glass of Malbec and watch Firefly on DVD.
